Returns & Exchanges
At The Yetee, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items. Please note that limited edition daily tees and mystery items are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, and was purchased within the last 30 days.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and include the RMA slip inside the package before shipping it to our headquarters using your preferred carrier.
- 4.Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item.
